Business counselling and consultancy

Focusing on organizational development and efficient/fun collaboration forms and processes that foster productivity and wellbeing among the team members is crucial. Especially for a young consultancy like COBO, where we operate in hybrid models, in a cross-cultural context, across geographies. And Q3 has been particularly exciting but hectic with travels, projects, and onboardings.

It was, therefore, with much anticipation that we conducted our first internal workshop with Hanne Schou-Rode as the proactive and thorough facilitator in a highly illuminating session with teachings, discussions and concrete action points for all team members.
