Impact Consult ApS is a consultancy, specialized in counselling and facilitation of transition and development processes, be it for companies, organizations, boards, teams and individual people.

1st May 2008 I founded Impact Consult ApS to apply my broad set of competencies and experience as well as my solid tool-box to help people, companies, organizations and teams who need development or face difficult transitions.

My passion is to spot the potential and facilitate the development and realization in each single case.

The red thread in my career is Transformation and Development of people, teams, organizations and companies. I am a passionate, professional business & management consultant with solid competencies built through more than 30 years in different leadership, management and consultancy positions – among others as Vice President in Novo Nordisk A/S, Ext. Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), interim manager for start-ups, senior counsellor, mentor and coach, partner and chairman of boards.

Thanks to this path I have gained thorough knowledge & skills as well as hands-on experience with a documented comprehensive track record within successful strategy & project implementation, job & career transition and development, outplacement & new placement, personal clarification & development, paying respect for each single individual.

I have helped more than 700 people (in Denmark as well as globally) and a high number of companies/organizations (private and public/industry and academia/big and small/mature and start-ups, national and globally) clarifying and reaching each of their goals/strategy.

My educational background is within humanities (holding a Master of Arts in Nordic Literature), complemented with education within leadership and strategy by international business schools, a professional board education & certification, and a coaching education & certification. Further, I am certified in the assessment tool Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) and Motivational Questionnaire (MQ) by SHL.

I prioritize keeping myself and my skills updated via relevant education, training, fora, network etc. and am collaborating with highly skilled colleagues in Denmark and globally.
