Get insight and inspiration by a personality and motivational. I offer to carry out these two assessments, including a thorough individual feed-back and dialogue, concluding with an action/development plan.
As a certified partner I use the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) and the Motivational Questionnaire (MQ) by CEB|SHL Talent Measurement, now Gartner.
By this you acquire further insight and knowledge regarding your competencies, preferences, strengths, and weaknesses/development areas. Further this process will help clarifying your key motivational drivers, professionally and in life.
Assessments as part of the recruitment process.
As part of a recruitment process you will often be asked to conduct a personality test plus several adaptive tests, trying to show your abilities within various aspect (e.g. IQ, logistics, maths, reading & understanding). Sometimes you will also be asked to present a specific business case.
Having conducted a personality and motivational test in advance will also help you in this situation. In addition, I can provide you with various IQ/adaptive tests for you to practice in advance. It is a matter of understanding the systematics/logics behind – a bit like doing a crossword puzzle or Sudoku.
