Profile - Hanne Schou-Rode
Founder and Managing Director of Impact Consult ApS (founded May 2008).
Hanne Schou-Rode has more than 25 years of experience from international business with 15 years in leadership positions, among others as Vice President at Novo Nordisk A/S. She has studied in Denmark, Sweden and the USA, earning an MA in literature from the University of Copenhagen. During her career, she supplemented her theoretical background with professional training in relevant areas of expertise, such as business strategy development and implementation at Harvard Business School, Insead and Management Centre of Europe.
Her career encompasses international experience in various professional areas, such as business strategy, planning & management, IT & intranet, knowledge management, CSR and performance management.
Hanne Schou-Rode is a frequent speaker at international conferences, events and business schools on subjects related to her fields of expertise.
In addition she is a professional board member and has acquired a personal license as certified board member. At present she takes on the position as Chairman of the Board of NMD Care ApS, a start-up-company developing hospital products and services for the neonatal departments. Further, she is a board member and fundraiser for a private humanitarian association, The African School/Afrikaskolen.
H. Schou-Rode is a member of the Knowledge Leadership Forum, Entovation 100, and appointed as the Entovation ‘Research Fellow’ of Knowledge Products/Services.
